Assistant Director

Associate Director, Rebecca Cross has been working with Alliance House for 10 years and has over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector.  She attended Weber State University and New York University and completed degree in Social Work, with Minor in Women and Middle Eastern Studies.  Her duties at Alliance House includes Clubhouse bookkeeping, stats, financial oversite, housing, staff supervision, Medicaid billing, donation management and teaching yoga to the members. Rebecca loves the Clubhouse model, and working with all of the members.



Program Director

Rob came to Utah from the Midwest around about 10 years ago.  He grew up in Indiana and completed his schooling in Ohio at Bowling Green State University.  He has his Bachelor's in Psychology, Minor in Sociology, and Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling.  His employment experience includes positions working in club house, residential, vocational rehabilitation, and workers compensation settings. He has worked in the field of mental health since 2005 and has a passion for helping.  In his free time, Rob enjoys snowboarding and music.  He is excited to have reconnected with the clubhouse setting and looks forward to what the future brings.



Clubhouse Generalist

I'm Mike. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I have worked at Alliance House since November of 2019, and have loved what a unique job its been. I
have always had a passion in helping reduce the stigma of mental illness. Work aside, I'm a huge nerd, and will talk your head off about videogames, movies, and anime. 



Clubhouse Generalist

My name is Rachel Wilkerson. I have been working at the Alliance House since 2016. I am a Generalist, based in the Business Unit. I am also on the Colleague Training team. I have a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology. I am originally from Kentucky, and I enjoy animals, fashion history, and cookie dough.

Clubhouse Generalist

My name Eryn Wade, I am a staff member at Alliance House in the Career Development Unit. My position at the Clubhouse is a Clubhouse Generalist and I also manage the Transitional Employment program for the Clubhouse. Before coming to the Clubhouse I was an AmeriCorps VISTA member working on creating a mentorship model for entry level health care providers in Alaska. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

Alliance House - Education Coordinator
Education: Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah December 2013, Associates of Applied Science Degree received August 2013

I have been working with Alliance House Clubhouse for the past eight plus years. I started out here as an intern with the University of Utah Social Work Program. I was hired on as a full time employee December 12th, 2013 when I finished my Bachelors with University of Utah. It has been an extraordinary experience to be able to aid individuals with mental illness with exploring and working to achieve their potential! As the Education Coordinator, I have been able with the support of others staff and members to aid many of our members with accomplishing their educational pursuits leading them to better paying jobs and opportunities. We aid members with all aspects of education, employment and connections with the outer community.

Executive Director

Paige Huff
I am a native to Utah and I absolutely love living here. I have a daughter who definitely keeps me on my toes. I am also a mom to two old cats and young pup, which makes our home really exciting. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I received my Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love Alliance House and I am pretty sure that Clubhouse is the greatest place on Earth!
